  Told me I need ID for a SIM Card, then told me it's 25$ for a sim card. I had to drive 20 minutes out to another tmobile store just to not pay for a sim. This place will try anything to get money out of you. Save your time and go to another tmobile store

  I don't know what all these other reviewers are talking about. My experience has always been great when I went into this T-Mobile and actually is probably some of the best customer service I've received anywhere. I was assisted with the questions I had and was actually informed about some great promotions that helped me save a lot of money. They care about helping you out and I appreciate that. Big shout out to Jihoon, one of the Managers, who went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was aware of the current promotions being offered. Upper management, give this guy a raise! :) Thanks again T-Mobile staff at Lake Stevens, you've been awesome. Until next time I come in, keep it up!

  I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and everything is better. The guys at this location really helped me out and made the process easy. Tony is the best!
